EQUIPMENT & PROCESS
Core equipment includes 30 injection molding machines, 60 CNC machining centers, 6 CNC lathes, 16 welding lines, 200 manual welding machines, 200 welding robots, 14 laser cutting machines, 55 presses, 26 tube bending machines, 5 tube shrinking machines, 7 T4 furnaces and 5 T6 furnaces.

We are a factory located in Taicang city, near Shanghai, it takes around 30’’ from Shanghai Hognqiao airport. Welcome to visit our factory.
Bike frame, Mold making, die casting, CNC machining, stamping, plastic injection, assembly, and surface treatment.
Mold: 3-5 weeks
Mass production: 3-4 weeks
♦We have got ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949 certificates.
♦We will make the operation instruction once the sample is approved.
♦We will 100% inspect the products before shipment.
♦Transactions can be through according to the demands of customers 100%.
After receiving detailed information(your 2D/3D drawings or samples), we will quote you within 2 days.
Drawings or Sample, Material, Finish, and Quantity.
Mold: 50% prepaid, balance after sample approval.
Goods: 50% prepaid, balance T/T before shipment.
